What we collect
Your email, password (stored hashed), your answers to the sign up quiz, the offers you start and complete, your balance and cashout history, support requests, and technical details such as IP address, browser and device type.
Device checks on the offerwall
To protect the reward pool from fraud, a device check runs in your browser on pages that show offers. It measures how your browser behaves — for example how it renders, its fonts, and whether its timezone matches its location — to detect VPNs, emulators, anti-detect browsers and people running many accounts. It is provided by our offerwall partner. In some places we must ask your permission before it runs; where that applies, we will.
Why we use it
To show you offers you are eligible for, to credit your rewards, to pay cashouts, to answer support requests, and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
Our offerwall partner and the advertisers whose offers you start receive the details needed to attribute and pay for your activity. Payment providers receive what they need to send a cashout. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can update your details in your account, manage cookies on the cookie settings page, and ask us to delete your account by contacting help@rewardschest.com.
